Guateque is a brand of handbags and accessories created with passion, dedication, and love, from the humility and naturalness of our friendship. Our love for gastronomy and good food was the inspiration for the name of our brand.
At Guateque, we believe in craftsmanship and slow fashion. Each of our handbags is carefully handmade in our own living room, so they are entirely produced between Ibiza and Barcelona.
Our handbags are unique and exclusive, as we work with limited stocks of fabrics and produce few units. They are an explosion of colors and prints, we love to play with contrasts and dare to be original. We use macramé as the identity of the brand by applying it to our handles, which are particularly remarkable and an important feature of the product.
They are intricately crafted with a combination of colorful cords, and we create different versions of our classic design with various materials and shapes. However, we always keep in mind the comfort and practicality of our design. We also offer leather handles, which are cut and designed by us, and in some cases, we apply macramé to them as well. These handles are interchangeable and can be used with other handbags as well.
Guateque is not just a handbag brand, it is a representation of ourselves. We are friends above all else, and we enjoy every moment we spend working together on this project that means so much to us.
